About the book
Jessie Keener, N.D. spent two years of her childhood in Brazil, where the family's live-in housekeeper, Rosa, taught her about Mother Mary. The Mary energy stayed with her. She turned to it in every crisis of her life, and it answered.
In early May of 2010 she was giving a healing session to Phillip Collins, her friend and partner at The Modern Day Mystery School. She felt guided to hold his feet. The extra energy she knows from channelling arrived, a message came through for him, and it ended with a sentence she had not expected: "We are the Two Marys." She had no idea at that moment that this meant Mother Mary and Mary Magdalene had combined their energies. She only knew the love was beyond describing.
Phillip told Joel D. Anastasi, a Master Teacher at the same school with his own connection to the Mary energy, and Joel asked for a session of his own. What began there ran for months: Jessie channelling, Joel asking real questions and recording every word, then transcribing them. This book is that transcript. Nothing in it was composed afterwards.
The Two Marys describe themselves as a frequency rather than a personality, one that exists to work with people living in the third dimension and to carry them through the fourth into the fifth. They call the reader "student" throughout, and they teach the way a teacher does when someone is in the room: they answer the question that was actually asked.

Discourse One: Develop the discipline of the disciple
The Two Marys greet Joel and name what the whole series is for: Ascension from the third dimension, through the fourth, into the fifth.
Discourse Two: Balance your giving and receiving every day
Joel starts again from the beginning and asks the blunt questions. Who are the Two Marys, what is the mission, and why have two energies joined.
Discourse Three: Choose a compassionate relationship with God
Compassion defined as complete acceptance with an open heart, and what follows once you accept that you are God experiencing itself as you.
Discourse Four: Design your day to be spiritually powerful
Moving from understanding to beingness. What compassion for self and others actually looks like across an ordinary day.
Discourse Five: Maintain a constant connection to Source
Feeling your feelings as the fundamental skill. Surrender them and they move like a cloud crossing the sun.
Discourse Six: Claim your Ascension now
The mind insists Ascension is a destination. This discourse takes that apart, because a place to get to is a place you are not.
Discourse Seven: Long for God with all your heart
Joel pushes back, citing teachings that treat Ascension as a future goal. He gets a straight answer.
Discourse Eight: Understand nothing and gain everything
The hundredth monkey effect, anthropomorphic resonance, and why the unified field that connects everything is not a metaphor here.
Discourse Nine: Practice mastering discomfort
Joel admits he has not been applying the teachings. What he is told in response is the most practical passage in the book.
Helpful hints
The closing section, and the one to keep. Media, food, sleep and company, each with a reason attached rather than a rule.
How to use it
Read one discourse at a time. They were recorded weeks apart and they build, so nine in an evening gives you the words and none of the practice.
The page that says BREATHE is an instruction, not a divider. There is one after every discourse because the Two Marys put it there.
Joel's questions are half the book. When one of them is the question you were about to ask, slow down: the answer was given to a real person who needed it.
Helpful hints is the part you come back to. It is the only section written as daily practice, and every item in it carries its reason, so you can keep the reason and adapt the rule.
The Two Marys call the reader student throughout. Reading it as though you were addressed is not a stretch. It is how it was recorded.
